Humber College – Addictions & Mental Health Graduate Certificate
Practicum Student
I am currently completing my Addictions and Mental Health Certificate at Humber College. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology at the University of Guelph, and my background in psychology and experience working with children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities led me to the mental health field.
I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and substance use challenges, as well as exploring the impact of social systems on overall well-being. I look forward to gaining experience in group facilitation and psychoeducational programming.
At Enlee, I support the intake process, resource navigation, workshop development, and psychoeducational programming. While I do not provide psychotherapy, I work closely with the Enlee team to ensure clients feel supported and connected to the resources they need.
Outside of my studies, I enjoy swimming, painting, golfing, spending time with my dog and exploring new creative outlets.
